The 3rd International Electronics Recycling Congress (IERC 2004) will take place from 14 – 16 January 2004 in Basel, Switzerland. Topics addressed at the event will include the European WEEE-, RoHS- and EuP Directives as well as international reports from North America, Asia and Europe on take-back system operation, collection and recycling results. Furthermore the congress will cover processes, plants and design for recycling. ICM, the Swiss organisers of IERC 2004, have launched a call for papers and invite interested authors to submit their proposal before the end of July, 2003.
