Sims acquires UK Life Cycle Services

Australia / United Kingdom | Melbourne, Australia headquartered Sims Group continues to expand its Asset Recovery business through the acquisition of Life Cycle Services Limited. The company, based in Ashford, Middlesex, was founded in 1998 as a consulting business advising clients on the management of their technology life cycle. Through strategic partnerships, Life Cycle saw its business grow rapidly to become one of the UK market leaders in Asset Management before expanding its services globally.

Graham Davy, Global CEO for Sims Recycling Solutions (SRS) comments: ‘The addition of Life Cycle Services, alongside the recent acquisition of RecommIT and Sims’ original asset recovery operations, enables us to immediately enhance the solutions offered to our client base by building on the strength of our current logistics, security and reporting procedures.’
