* Granuband

Dutch tyre recycling company Granuband has taken over Dash Recycled Rubber Inc. (DRRI) of Macon, Missouri, USA. The new company - to be known as Granuband Macon, LLC - will continue with its existing activities and with its current personnel, but will henceforth operate 24 hours a day.

With the take-over, Granuband sees opportunities to expand its market. The plant in the USA produces several sizes of rubber granules which can be used, for example, in artificial pitches and as rubber mulch.
