by Editorial staff. December 12, 2007
United States | In January, environmental legislation specialist Raymond Communications will release the 2008 edition of Recycling Laws International Country Pages, a reference guide on current recycling, waste management, and related environmental laws, regulations and statistics in 44 nations spanning Europe, Asia and the Pacific, and Latin America.

According to the US agency, more than 300 pages in length, the guide provides country-by-country information on current deposits and fees, materials bans, environmental labeling regulations, package recycling requirements, recycling organizations and take back schemes, recycling rate statistics, and more.

Government and industry contacts information for each country is also included in the guide. Corporate environmental and product stewardship managers, recyclers, packaging designers, environmental consultants, and legal counsel from around the world have purchased the guide to help them make better informed business and environmental decisions.
