New Product | Waste technology corporation Orwak has equipped their baler 3410, which was launched in 2007, with a sliding door as an option. To compact packaging material facilitates the waste handling in general and contributes to a better working environment, notes the company which is headquartered in Sävsjö, Sweden. The optional sliding door offers an advantage in a business where the waste flow is constantly high or where the baler is operated intensely during a specific time of the day.
The version with sliding door has the same main features - short cycle time, silent operation and safe door opening mechanism - as the ORWAK 3410 with manual door. The 3410 baler as well as the 3210 and 3810 model were launched last year.
The most prominent feature of the new product line is the silent operation with a noise level of only 59.5 Decibel for model 3410. The cycle time of the 3410 and 3810 is just 35 seconds, the 3210 has cycle time of 13 seconds. The new models are all equipped with a new switch conveniently accessible on the side of the machine. The switch makes it easy to change the setting between high pressure for cardboard and low pressure for plastic foil depending on which material is compacted in the baler.
